THE BASIC RULES FOR A GOOD HEALTH

- FOOD THAT STARTS OUR DAY: We all must have to focused on our morning breakfast because it is with what we start our day. The first thing we should do in the morning is drinking water. Most of us know about this but no one does. Drinking water just after wake up in the morning increases our body metabolism which gets low when we are sleeping. When it comes to our breakfast, we must focus on fiber-rich carbs food which tends to give energy to our body for a long period of time. Fibers rich foods include:
- Wholegrain breakfast cereals, wholewheat pasta, wholegrain bread and oats, barley and rye.
- Fruit such as berries, pears, melon, and oranges.
- Vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, and sweetcorn.
- Peas, beans, and pulses.
- Nuts and seeds.
- Potatoes with skin
- REST: As we all know how much sleep is important to us. Sleep plays a very important role in our days to days life but most of the users often compromise our sleep with or work. Without proper sleep, we can't expect our life to be healthy. As we charge our phone when its charge gets drain why don't we give proper rest to our body. A human body needs at least 7 hours of sleep a day. Give your body a proper rest as required and enjoy a healthy and fun life.
- EXERCISE: How many of us exercise regularly hardly some. If you observe your surroundings most people a highly focused on their work and business but are neglecting their health. Exercising regularly is fun when we do it with our interest. Even a small period of daily exercise can give you a healthy life.
